Nope. It would explain why he approaches his speeches like a ten year old who knows that no matter how badly he reads, he's still gonna pass, so he just rattles and slurs his way through them. It would also explain why some days he seems a lot more lucid than others.

I don't know, to me it seems like the reporter who wrote this article is just sticking up for his profession for asking a stupid question... I kind of wish I knew what the reporter actually said, like a quote or something...cause "Mr. President, did you have any new messages in this speech that I couldn't understand because of your bumbling?" and "Mr. President, did you say anything in this speech that you haven't said before?" are rather different, and would have very different responses...granted, both are pretty stupid questions.
