You know, I am starting to think that there was more thought put into the dance scenes at the end of Strangers With Candy than the actual show itself.

The entire time I was watching Titan AE, I was thinking that for some reason it was so 90s until I realized it was the combination of the hair styles and popular music from the time.

Watching 101 Dalmations. Such a beautiful expression of the jazz age in visual form. I doubt Disney will ever make anything as forward, daring and beautiful again or even has the talent to do it.

Basing Cruella DeVille off of Tallulah Bankhead was an amazing idea and the thought of a modern actress having enough personality to be recognizable, much less used as an inspiration, is laughable.

My last job involved a bit of data entry for the alumni department at a university in the California State system. I'll never forget receiving an "update your information" card scrawled in old lady handwriting, mentioning something about retirement, voice work, and playing a part in 101 Dalmatians. It was from Cate Bauer, who voiced Perdita. She recalled it fondly as her fifteen minutes, and if you check her out on IMDb, it was pretty much all she ever did. Made me want to watch the movie again.

I still like The Jungle Book's music better.

The ads are taking over half the page on the showbiz page. This happened a couple days ago to me, too.

Pretty uncool though, having sites that some companies consider 'NSFW' hosting the Tab itself, instead of just links in the tab.
