This saga is so funny.

Unless you're one of the hundreds of people in prison in Florida for drug possession. Then it's damned annoying.

Poor Jebby.

Cursed with a wayward daughter and a moron brother.

Its nice that elected officials are stepping beyond their abilities and trying to protect us in ways our families and schools should. Our government, including Gov. Jeb Bush is trying to take over our own repsonibilities and morals. He needs to stick to his duties.

HA! HAHAHA!

Man, it feels great when politicians have to deal with real world shiat...

Poor Bush family...they've had to endure SOOO much.

Heheheheheh! HAHAHAHAHA! MUIAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

She got a 32 gun in her pocket for fun

Word of the incident spread Tuesday morning during a chaotic primary election day in Florida, where Gov. Bush was inundated with complaints about voting machines not working and alleged voting irregularities.

Here we go again.

"This is a private matter as it relates to my daughter and myself and my wife," Gov. Bush told reporters. "The road to recovery is a rocky one for a lot of people that have this kind of problem."

"Unless you're not in my family, then you should go to jail for life" Bush added.

Well, it looks like McBride may be the Democratic gubernatorial candidate...

Jeb may want to ask Nolle to share some of rock with him, he's gonna need it.

i wouldn't mind partying with any of the bush daughters. that's a lot more than i could say for chelsea though.

I'm sure he'll treat her just like any other drug user.

This war on drugs is such a hypocritical shiathole.

2002-09-11 10:51:06 AM
If she can spend money of that crack, why can't she spend a bit on getting something done with that ugly ass hair.

And no, I wouldn't hit it.

2002-09-11 10:52:37 AM
Maybe when Pres Bush said he wanted to invade Iraq, Noelle thought he said CRACK. So basically it's his fault.

2002-09-11 10:55:57 AM
Now we get to see if justice is truly blind.

I hate our drug laws and I'm interested to see how a big supporter of punitive measures will react now that his daughter is facing jail time.

2002-09-11 10:57:10 AM
I thought Bush family members were legally ALLOWED to do coke?

2002-09-11 10:57:13 AM
I'd wine and dine Chelsea in a minute - maybe not the partier the Bush girls are, but yummy nonetheless.

2002-09-11 10:57:52 AM
Exactly HOW pathetic ARE you when you get busted with crack in your shoe AT REHAB?! Her fate is sealed; OD in 6 months.

I learned it from watching you, alright? I learned it from watching you!

What the fark is up with the Bush babies? Perpetual embarrassments to their fathers. If I really had to drink and party it up (the twins) or rot my brain out on pills and crack (Noelle), I think I'd use a bit more discretion.

Try and use your booze- and drug-addled minds for something, girls. I'm not saying quit, but at least try and keep it out of the papers.

I submitted this story yesterday from the story in the seattlepi. I think the Florida/dumbass tag is more appropriate. Anyway all she needs is to get pimped out and then we'd all know how the story ends.

I don't suppose we will being hearing any snide commentary from Ann Coulter about the Bush families Drug and Alcohol problems.

Excellent quote. "The road to recovery is a powdery one" just doesn't ring as well.

Shut up you stupid liberals. You know the bush family is the above the law.

Diogenes: I think this could be compared to other political dynasties. The later generations that grew up rich, powerful and spoiled tend to be an embaressment to the older generations.

Probably always been the case, but with today's instant media, now the entire world can share in the misfortune.

Maybe this is why politicians are so gung ho about the war on drugs. They assume that we are all like them and their kids.

2002-09-11 11:12:20 AM
The Bush family lost a daughter (that would be George and Jeb's sister) to leukemia when she was very small.

I imagine holding your little girl as she dies horribly would qualify as something bad happening to the Bush family, for those heartless ignorant twits who like to laugh at other's misfortune. Laugh away, dying little girls have to be funnier than drug addicted young women.

Noelle Bush, along with Morton Downey Jr. are perfect examples of why the drug war won't work. It's an addiction, not a crime.

I pray for her and hope for the best. Others have come through this and gotten clean. She might make it.

It's not the road beneath your feet that wears you down.

It's the crack rock in your shoe.

2002-09-11 11:15:19 AM
"the road to recovery is a rocky one".

Unless you're not the daughter of a state govenor. Then addiction is your own damn fault, and you get thrown in jail for it.

"rocky....road?"

What there is a different between the way poor black people on drugs and rich, white political biatches are treated. I can't believe that members of the upstanding and moral Bush family would be for such a double standing. Truly shocking.

Anyway I hear that Grandma Bush biatch's (Babs) pearls are really crack rocks.

2002-09-11 11:17:42 AM
I'm just glad someone finally referred to it as CRACK. All the other news stories I've read kept referring to it as cocaine, which I think we can all admit, doesn't sound as bad as CRACK.

Tip: If it's in rock from, IT IS CRACK!

Later, the program director, Joyce G. Brulon, arrived and told officers that the center typically handles such incidents in-house, rather than contacting police, the report states. Brulon's statement was contradicted by one of her staff members, Sandra J. Williams, who told officers that the center's policy requires such matters to be referred to the police, the report says.

I think what Brulon meant to say is that the center typically calls the police unless the druggie in question happens to be the daughter of Jeb Bush, in which case the rules suddenly change.

This whole thing is complete bullshiat. If some poor kid from a bad neighborhood had done what Noelle Bush has done, you can bet your sweet ass he'd be in a federal prison doing hard time as part of our urgent war on drugs.

On another note, rememeber those disgusting ads last year claiming that drug users are helping terrorists because some drug money is funnelled into terrorism efforts? I guess that means a member of the Bush family is helping the terrorists.

I submitted the story yesterday as well. Don't know why it was picked up until today. Has anybody heard comment from Darryl Strawberry, yet?

"i wouldn't mind partying with any of the bush daughters. "

A dream meeting I'd want to be at:
"Jenna Jamison, meet Barbara and Jenna Bush."

Frazetta Chick,
I think you mean ROBERT Downey Jr. Not Morton.

And on that subject: Robert and Noel will BOTH die by the pipe. No sympathy.

Most kids caught with drugs do NOT have the luxury of "rehab"... Go to Jail, Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200.

The the Republicans are the driving force behind the war on drugs...

The hypocrisy is staggering.

Or, maybe these cases will open their eyes, and they can stop treating it as a heinous crime.

2002-09-11 11:41:12 AM
So I take it now that the Bush family believes that treatment and not criminalization is the answer to the drug problem? No? Only for their family? OK. I understand. When it's one of them, it's a private, family matter that must be dealt with outside the criminal justice system. And if they did it and never got caught, it doesn't count at all (Bush II). When it's one of us, it's lockup time. Ah, the smell of hypocricy in the morning...

2002-09-11 11:45:19 AM
She should just become a stripper and then marry Darryl Strawberry.

Lock her up and throw away the key. It's the only language these people misunderstand, eh Jeb??
