Nipple Nourshiment News?

This is a good thing. Most mom's who pump have a freezer full of the stuff when their child is weaned... it'd be good if someone used it.

I'm actually working on a warehousing business for this, it's called "Tanks for the Mammaries"

SUBBY: In other news: There's a blog for lactating mommas

Oh, you have no idea subby. There's a whole community of "lactivists" out there who, in terms of pure internet crazy, are right up there with Rand-droids, Freepers, and the Loose Change nuts.

If we're lucky, they'll show up here to spew their crazy, and amuse us all.

Nobody inspects the milk banks. The FDA, USDA and public health authorities haven't figured out whether breast milk should be considered a food substance or a blood product.

For all we know, milk banks are as hygienic as those taco trucks you see in the 'hood.

I'm gonna stay out of this one because the only time I got banninated it was in a breastfeeding thread.

wh0mprat: rennet

I think I'll use the "Modern Method" as described here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rennet

"Deep-frozen stomachs are milled and put into an extracting solution - in this solution the enzymes are extracted. The crude rennet extract is then activated by adding acid.."

I could work out a deal w/ the local morticians.

You would be shocked how popular this is, not just in the hood. I worked on a school marketing project a few years gauging interest in a service that rented baby products. Breast pump was the #1 requested item in a survey (i understand market research and questionnaire design). Most of my interview base was grad students and business professionals. Hell, my sister is married to an anesthesiologist and they wanted to rent a breast pump. A lot of people feel that they're too expensive for how long you use it and they don't get all "ewww" about it like some people.

All right, I admit it, I come here for the education. I had no idea that there were such a thing as lactivists-although I've got some friends who are that nuts and would join if they knew about it. But the Rand-droids, freepers and loose change nuts-hilarious-shiat, the memes that have come up since 9/11 have been the post-modern equivalent of voodoo.

/human nature never changes

Brown, who is a woman, had a job.
Brown, 31, then got pregnant.
Brown had a baby girl.
Brown, who now has another job, is lactating.
Brown, whose daughter Bailey Mae doesn't need all the milk, is sending it to Africa.
