Here's a shout out to my homies at the O.S.F. (who probably want absolutely nothing to do with this)

They call me MC Myzithra
I gotta warn ya
Myzithra's in tha house
New York to California
Bustin' tha rhymes
About myzithra cheese
Made from goat's milk
That sh..tuff's imported from Greece

Now I know ya'll wonderin'
Where I learned ta rhyme
Had nothin else ta do
When I wuz doin' time in tha pen
North Dakota State Penitentiary
Is where I served two weeks
For public indecency

They let me out
For good behavior
When I said I found Myzithra
As my personal savior
But I never promised not to kill mother-lovas
Too bad, I'll see ya later, suckas

I got out
Went to Kentucky Fried Chicken
They didn't have myzithra
So I started kickin' some ass
I said yo, betta get me some
The manager said no
So I brought out my gun

I said, "Listen, see,
I got a disease.
I kill the mother-lova
Deny me my cheese."
That sucka came to serious harm
Tryin' ta tell me
Ta settle for Parmesan.

Yeah, that mother-lova wuz D.O.A.
I heard the sirens comin'
So I crept away
And took my ass to tha grocery sto'
Walked up to tha counta
And said, "Listen, ho,
Gimme a pound of ya finest myzithra
And ya phone numbah, too
Cuz you fine...LaKisha"

She said, {falsetto}"Sorry, MC,
We ain't got no more
Some other suckas came in
An' bought out the store!"
Now I know a G ain't supposed ta cry
But I turned my head
To wipe a tear from my eye
I said, "Tell them suckas they bettah hide
'Cause I ain't gonna stop killin'
'Til there's myzithra inside."

I left the sto'
And I jacked me a car
It didn't matter what
I wasn't goin' far
Just down to tha corner
where the suckas hang
And when I got there,
My gat went BANG BANG BANG
I killed them suckas
One, two, three
Now all'a they myzithra
Belong ta me

So tha next time you think
You want some food
And ya want some sh...tuff
That taste real good
Try some myzithra
Ya know ya should
But don't be gettin' that sh...tuff
In MY neighborhood

'Cause I will kill you
And I will not cry
You'll just be anotha sucka
Who have ta die
Tryin' ta take myzithra from me
I'm the Master of Cheese
Myzithra, out, peace

/Somewhere, in another thread, there's an audioedit of me performing this, in all my whiteness
//No OSFs within 150 miles
///And haven't found a place that sells Myzithra since moving to this city

It's called a José Bové poutine. Mozzarella, ham, blue cheese. And double-fried fries of course.
The taste is inversely proportional to the gross factor.

He knew he'd never get permission for his mile-long jet runway. So he bought forgiveness, and got it dirt cheap. He's a genius.

His line about the clean water act enabling him is B.S, clean water != mud. Another great rich-person tactic. Play dumb.

And the thing about crop dusters needing is is the same. A crop duster can take off and land five times in a mile, easy.

If I was the judge I'd fine him about a million dollars and order the state to oversee the remediation project to restore the property and tell him if he doesn't get it fixed within a year we're seizing the land and doing it ourselves.

/ten grand. Gimme a break.

Captain Krunk, no matter who wrote that tripe, it's still nothing but shiat. If the writer's claim is that 69 percent of the country is unhappy with the performance of the president, how is that claim addressed by saying "at least we have electricity, air conditioning and food"? Did we not have those things before George W. Jebus became president? Has he made huge advances in refrigeration technology and food storage? Did he invent cell phones and large screen televisions? It's like an essay written by someone who's never read an essay. The whole thing is a rambling, disjointed piece of unreadable crap, and anyone who slogged through every poorly-written word of it (I couldn't) is that much closer to being functionally retarded as a direct result.

There's a certain percentage of people who just enjoy biatching and being unhappy apparantly.

1984 is Coming: One could quite easily believe that we should have MORE property rights without having zero regulation.

There is no problem in saying there are too many regulations on how private land is used. We should have less regulations, not no regulations.

Your statement was a false dichotomy and you know it.

Perfectly put.

I have a friend who wanted to put in a window. The planning dept said you need a permit and you have to notify all neighbors within one mile and get their written signoff, because you might then be looking into someone's bedroom now. But the wall looked out into their own fenced back yard. And that wall already had another window in it.

Cost of window: $300
Cost of permit: $800

Didn't read the article, haven't read any of the comments, but am obliged by the headline to tell the following joke:

A man named Bilded owns a thermometer company. He sells some thermometers to a cheese factory. The day after the thermometers are installed the cheese factory blows up and Bilded is having the pants sued off him. He hires his own private investigator who visits the site, returns and tells him, "Nothing to worry about, sir. It ws just a curd in a Bilded gauge."

Before I read the article, I thought that the guy had every right to build what he wants on private land and how dare someone tell him differently.

After reading the article, it appears they are not saying he can't have what he wants on his land, he just needs to go through the red-tape for permission. (I'm not sure if he will get it though)

/hates the thought of asking neighbour's permission for things done on my land

Jument: That's a retarded thing to say and you know it.

Unless you don't have a problem with all of your neighbors starting waste disposal businesses, that is. It's their land after all. Why shouldn't they be able to turn their properties into dump sites with leaching effluents if they want to?

Paving is not the same as dumping. Not even close, we limit dumping for EPA reasons. Now, there is a balance.

Building a waste dump without a permit is one extreme, and having to have a permit to put up a shed is another.

Neither is desirable.

2007-07-22 12:24:05 AM
Bowen: That sounds like bullshiatese for "rich dude gets to keep his airstrip".

Why shouldn't he have one? If he gets the permit as required. Get the permit and front the cash and you could have one to. It's just pavement.
