Rock on, that guy was one of the biggest douchebag cocksuckers I've ever heard about.

2007-07-17 11:30:14 AM
This guy is the lowest form of human life. What a dickbag.

2007-07-17 12:19:46 PM
I'm really interested to know what his social life is like. Seriously - does he flip out at the bar if his rummy coke isn't up to par? Does he argue with the waiter who forgets to put a lemon in his ice water? who ARE these people?!

2007-07-17 12:21:42 PM
whoa, that sounds like a really expensive pants suit.

Zarkin Frood: whoa, that sounds like a really expensive pants suit.

First thing that popped into my head too!

You heard about the dry cleaners right? Stuck with a huge lawyer bill after defending themselves from this nutjob. They are asking for financial support!

2007-07-17 01:01:58 PM
Should throw this guy in jail...

2007-07-17 01:02:11 PM
Well they really got his balls in a salad shooter.

Could someone please throw this guy under a bus?

2007-07-17 01:02:54 PM
Not to put yet-another-arrow in the heart of FreaSpeach™ and all that, but can someone please put a gag-order on this asshat to stop him whining about a pair of lost pants?

hulkster: Hero tags in SPADES!

That's racist!

When lawyers blatantly attempt to abuse the law, can't they automatically get disbarred or something? This guy is a serious asshole. If the dry cleaners lost his pants, the most he should sue for is just the cost of replacement pants and that's it.

It's unfortunate he couldn't be disbarred as well

Judgement for the defendant - as a special bonus for the assclown that won't let this die, 5 years for keeping this frivolous piece-of-crap lawsuit alive.

2007-07-17 01:05:37 PM
What is asinine, is that this idiot is a judge.

/anyway of disbarring him?
//oops, forgot, it's in Washington, DC
///where crack smokers are elected to be Mayor.

2007-07-17 01:05:44 PM
Looks like he's gonna have to fork over the $200 for a new cheap suit. What a douche.

2007-07-17 01:06:13 PM
What the hell is this guy's problem? Is he an attention whore or just stupid? I don't get it.

Farkin'round: What is asinine is that this idiot is a judge.

Not for much longer.

Lets hope that the next judge awards legal fees to the couple that owns the laundry. That'll learn him!

Of course I doubt that is possible, unless they sue him as well.

They already replaced the pants and offered to settle for like $5,000. He's a nutjob.

If I'd been on the wrong end of any of his judgements recently I'd be looking to appeal on grounds of "douchebag asshat must've fukced up, he's a complete and utter dick"

I don't know about HERO, the judge did do what a sane man would have, though.

2007-07-17 01:10:56 PM
So he's lost twice and still won't give up. He wants to be a 3 time loser. Let's hope he gets his wish.

Bottom-feeding gypsy dildo punk-ass douchebag - PMITA prison too good for that scumbag.

That's the thing. They found the pants like a week later, but he refused to take them.

I agree, this guy is a moran. I wish the bar association would take a closer look at him.

2007-07-17 01:14:14 PM
The judge certainly did the right thing, but I'm not sure the HERO tag applies, though, unless the judge gave him a cockpunch as well.

2007-07-17 01:14:28 PM
He brought the lawsuit, so more than likely he will have to pay for the legal fees and costs, and I'm talking about the dry cleaners' fees and costs, not just his. And, depending on the local rules, he may also have to pay court costs as well.

For the beaucoup money he's spending on this lawsuit, he could have had probably a hundred pairs of pants with tailoring thrown in.

Asshat. Do you feel like BMOC now? DIAF for wasting everyone's time and money.

Why hasn't the plaintiff, Pearson, been sent for a psych evaluation?

Is there even one farker who sides with Pantsman?

/not me, the guy's a d-bag of the first degree

2007-07-17 01:15:23 PM
I want to see this jerk ordered to pay for all the court costs AND damages to the couple he's put through hell.

Then I want to see him dunked in honey and tied to a fire ant hill. On public television.

2007-07-17 01:15:44 PM
Well, thanks to his asshattery, he will not be appointed to a 10-year term as a judge. Of course, this being DC, it was not the idiotic lawsuit but rather national ridicule that caused this to happen. Without Jay Leno, this guy would easily have been a nearly permanent appointee.

/First he lost his pants, now he's lost his shirt...

2007-07-17 01:16:12 PM
I dunno who is the asshat lawyer of the year... this moron or the TB lawyer.

2007-07-17 01:16:50 PM
I think that some people (like this winnar) view the legal system as a game, with "laws" that comprise rules to be exploited. He has no concept of justice or an understanding of the "spirit of the law." He just sees loopholes and opportunities to get money in the minutiea (sp?) of law. I hope he gets hit by a car like Brad Pitt in that terrible movie about how he's Death and then he falls in love with that actress that isn't around anymore. SNAP.

2007-07-17 01:17:14 PM
I could understand suing to replace the pants. I could understand tacking on some punitive damages because when people have to pay a penalty for their goof-ups it makes them think about it more than merely paying for a replacement, which is sort of par for the course.

What I can't understand is thinking those damages are in the total of the millions of dollars. At most, I think it's reasonable that any punitive damages be no more than twice the size of the judgment, unless other damages occurred.

200 bucks for the pants and 400 in punitive is all this should have been.
