That's only true if you look only at attacks on American soil. We do a fairly good job of screening out the Muslim crazies and keeping them from getting over here.

But, if you factor in all the terrorist attacks across the world, the vast majority of them are carried out by Muslims.

Terrorist groups are defined as groups who direct attacks specifically at civilian populations in order to effect fear and political change.

I don't know about the Darfur militias, but the Zapatistas, when they were engaged in active hostilities, were engaging the Mexican government, not blowing up civilians left and right.

Same goes for most of the Latin American rebel groups. They pretty much stick to fighting the government militaries.

Neither of those groups fit any working definition of "terrorist".
