Encouraging kids postpone having sex until they're mature enough to handle the possible consequences does not equate to telling them that sex is dirty. When do kids listen?

Of course you can educate the little bastards and encourage them to wait to have sex.

But, they don't listen. I'm all for learning to cope with the consequences of ones actions, but unfortunately, this kind of mistake is (can be) devastating to both the parents and the child.

So it's also smart to educate the kids about ways to prevent pregnancy, in case they decide not to listen about abstinence.

All the damn emo kids who are too depressed or too busy cutting themselves to have sex are bringing down the #'s.
