Yes, I did read the caption, which is why I understand that not a word of make-up was mentioned, only hair coloring. If you don't mind informing us how coloring one's hair can make your cheeks sink like the Titanic, please proceed. Otherwise, that's my high MFing horse you're riding.

She sucking on a frozen latte, hence the sunken cheeks. If you look at the last picture (to the right) at Warthog's link - her cheeks don't look sunken. She obviously has make-up on to make her look like she's had several botched plastic surgeries. Note that her eyes are being pulled WAY back.
