If you have time to stop and put it in reverse, wouldn't you have enough time to avoid the crash altogether?

I heard on the news that so far she hasn't been charged with anything yet. If that would have been a regular citizen you can bet they would have already had charges drawn up.

Seems to me like they use those terms all the time. Liable, slander, and defamation are not some thing news outlets want to fark with.

The scary part of this is the difference between 0.21 at the scene and 0.15 at the jail if this was done quickly. That difference could make you blow drunk on a half of a beer.
