If it was a medical problem or some hindrance to him actually performing normal day-to-day tasks, yeah, you could call that a handicap.

Yeah, i had to cut my hair and stop dressing metal to get a real job and it broke my heart. i'm a soulless drone now...but I can afford good tickets to Slayer/Marilyn Manson in August. I'd kep it real, but I don't want to be a failed dishwasher for the next 30 or 40 years.
