Can we just send in the Japanese whaling fleet and have done with this story.

Jeez, its getting nearly as bad the Anna Nicole Smith death story - just with less blubber

This is the most important thing going on right now? 2 wandering whales?

2007-05-22 02:28:52 PM
Last year, I spotted a humpback at the south end of Puget Sound while I was visiting my parents near Olympia. Nobody believed me at first, but then they saw it spouting. It was in the newspaper the next day.

Aren't the whales pretty tired by now? Being chased for days by boats and hippies banging on tubes? I hope one dies of exhaustion. And in true environmentalist fashion, they'll have completely shiat on the very object they're trying to save...and have no idea how it happened.

There's two. If we eat one of them, the other one will know who the boss is and tell the others about it when it gets TFO. Bam! No more whales farking with us.

2007-05-22 02:33:05 PM
Nuke 'em from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

/great headline BTW

2007-05-22 02:33:20 PM
We should drop them on Iraq. It's worth a try.

2007-05-22 02:33:27 PM
Would it be considered overly cruel to just tow the stupid things out of there?

Dies of exhaustion? From all that....swimming? I think the whales can handle it. Don't they swim like 10,000 miles every year?

2007-05-22 02:34:52 PM
hey....where's the crew off the U.S.S. Enterprise when you need them? I mean, they needed whales, right? here's two of them! Reckon one's preggers?

Doesn't the sign on that ship rely on whales not only being able to read, but being able to read English?

On the other hand, it certainly seemed to have the intended effect.

Other signs coming soon:

"Ignore the rotating blades of death."
"Harpoons tickle!"
"To serve cetacean."

They named the whales Delta and Dawn. OK, I get the Delta Burke reference, but who's this fat chick, Dawn?

/Yeah, yeah. I get the musical reference.

Anyone else been there?

I use the same philosophy when I kill a cockroach in my apartment. Leave the carcass there, as a lesson for the other nasty farkers.

They drew up the drawbridge to stop traffic because "vibrations" were scaring the whales.

They stopped a slew of traffic to get this effect.

I'd be farking pissed if I was stopped for a couple hours because some hippies decided that two whales that can't figure out a canal have priority over my driving. They aren't exactly the brightest of their species.

2007-05-22 02:47:46 PM
Great headline.

I wish they'd leave, they're screwing up traffic here.

2007-05-22 02:48:20 PM
Why are we spending all this money on immigrant whales when there are whales from America that we could be helping?

2007-05-22 02:48:45 PM
Unpossible! Whale *ucking is sport, not news. Where are the *ark admins when you need them. We need a boobie thread, whale boobies!
