The old guy probably made some snarky remark. I wonder what his Fark name is?

2007-05-20 02:38:04 AM
Ah, smells like a beating.

Another documented case of mistaken lawns.

Well, look at the bright side. He's no longer homeless.

I heard that 70 year old man was kind of a dick.

My garbageman found a dead body in a bin a block from my place a few months ago. It is one of those 90 gallon rolling bins.

The geniuses stuffed the body and wheeled the bin 4 blocks from where the 'incident' occurred. How do they know where it happened? All the bins have their ADDRESS printed in big white letters on top of the bin.

/Not the first body my garbageman has found.
//He was nonplussed.

He's tired of everybody talking trash.

Old guy not available for comment, but witnesses on the scene report hearing a shout of "Get off my lawn!" prior to the incident.

Homeless man henceforth to be known as Oscar.

Man, I hope that guy doesn't step on my lawn.

That would suck. I'm not sure what I would do.

First off, I might yell "Hai U, git offa meh lawn bish!"

Then he would jump into one of my trash cans and play Oscar.

I think crazy Old guys have squatter rights to trash cans if they act like Oscar.

Man, that would suck to have a real life Oscar.

I was once in a fast food restaurant, and some woman a few tables over died while just sitting there. That was a bit disturbing. Rather like how my cat died next to me while I was sleeping.

My 83 yr old grandfather worked as a pipefitter most of his life. Very independent no-bs kind of guy, great sense of humor but people didn't fark w/him. Served in ww2.

After my grandmother died, he went into an assisted living home but unlike the other inmates he kept up his outside social life...golf, freinds, parties. He would often just take off in a taxi from the home without 'permission'. Made some of the other inmates resentful he wouldn't choose to hang around and play canasta or something. Grandpa got a share of dirty looks and comments about his cavalier abuse of freedom. The staff apparently relaxed the rules only for my grandfather.

One day one of the more whiny old guys grabbed my grandfather's arm as he was heading out the front door and told my grandfather he couldn't just come and go as he pleased. My grandfather came up fast with a right hook that sent the other guy flying. As far as I know, no charges were filed but thenafter nobody farked with Grandpa.

If you ever come to Madison, WI, can you please warn me beforehand so I can stay away from you? ;-)

I guess this guy really was white trash.

This is what the Florida tag was meant for. No other tag could some up this madness so succinctly.

One of them has to go!
OK, Grandpa.
No, the B-U-M!

The guy is homeless. What were you expecting, a pillar of society?

I don't think that means what you think it does.

Why was the homeless guy in the nursing home? They aren't shelters, people pay big bucks to be there.

That is the question to be asked. There is absolutely no reason for him to be there. First, he is not a senior. Second, as a homeless person, he probably has far more problems than a home like that are prepared to handle.

If I had to guess, some person in the community though it a good idea to get him out of the spotlight for a while so the medial would not focus on the story. Being Florida, the exact opposite happened.

Some of them are skilled nursing facilities that have patient rehab.

This is where TFA says he is staying.

We have a friend who works at a rehab/convalescent hospital. When their patients come in, they have an %80 chance of leaving healthy. He was a patient at his own hospital when he was in a motorcycle wreck.

ComicBookGuy That's a bit of a "grim reaper" thing you've got going on there.

/never seen a dead body
