I submitted an article that actually involved France surrendering. This is blatant misuse of the "France Surrenders" line to get articles through.

Who freaking sits around and thinks up these things to do and not only think them but then do it, like taxing satellites? I mean just to think that one up is pretty obscure but then to act on it? Way, way, way too much time on that person's hands.
