Even more interesting in Capitola are the wheelchair cops. Yes, you read correctly - wheelchair cops. They cannot chase you down, but they can issue parking/drinking violations without any problem. I'd like to see Hawaiian shirt wearing wheelchair cops - that would be interesting.

Oh, and a friendly reminder, DON'T GO IN THE WATER AT THE BEACH IN CAPITOLA. It's always polluted and stinks like shiat.

But as for the cleanliness of the beach, one time when my girlfriend and I were walking down the beach (with shoes on of course), something stuck to my shoe. Upon inspection, guess what I found????? A hypodermic needle!!!!! WTF?!?!?!?!? PEOPLE, PLEASE DON'T DO YOUR HEROIN AT THE BEACH!!!!!!!!!! Some people!!!
