It looks like we've got accurate comment counts on all of the articles now..? I kinda miss the checkmark-squared and other "holy shiat, this thread is hot" comment counts, kinda added some personality.

Based on 30-90 seconds of intense scrutiny, my permanent opinion has been reached:

I have a laptop with a wide screen monitor. Before, the fark page would stretch and I would still have the sidebars along the side and all the headlines would be longer. But now, with these boxes, I am stuck with a bunch of empty gray space on the left and right and all the headlines are squished into the box! I want it to stretch across my whole monitor. It made headlines really easier to read too, because they don't wrap as much and take up less lines.

this looks way too Web 2.0 with all the gratuitous gradients. you might as well start adding AJAX and change your name to Digg.

I liked Fark for being relentlessly unfashionable.

Freaked me out when I went to look at comments.

Sometimes when a carriage return isn't timely pressed, the comments break through the table. That's about the only bug I've seen.
