That's not food, it's a tease--a near-perfect example of all style and no substance. The guys who come up with this pretentious shiat are laughing up their sleeves while they rake it in. Don't get me wrong: I love food, and I love to try new cuisines, but stuff like this is neither nourishing nor satisfying, and a good meal should be both.
