Why? "Leaving the Scene of an Accident With Injuries" and "Driving Under the Influence" are the proper names of the crimes with which she is charged.

If it had read, "Fate is charged with felony Murder and Armed Robbery," would you feel equally as stabby (assuming those were the crimes she had allegedly committed)?
