I got MMOD figured out. I just wasn't reloading. Whoops! Haha! I'm such an idiot with computers.

Time to watch some Louisville beatdown in action.

Are you trying to say that living in Oregon means I HAVE to watch the Pac-10?

I just said you were disgruntled by living in Oklahoma. We all know it is the true armpit of America.

/insert witty comment here:________.

2007-03-15 01:13:25 PM
Suck it Stanford, you knew you didn't deserve to be here. Maybe a play-in...

Now for Duke to prove it didn't deserve a 6

2007-03-15 01:13:37 PM
Davidson is really impressing me in the few minutes of the game CBS has allowed me to watch. Though it screws up many a bracket I am sure if they win.

2007-03-15 01:13:37 PM
Florida, Georgetown, Ohio State, and *awaits flaming*, Duke.

Ohio State over Florida.

/May have picked Duke, but rooting heavily for VCU.

2007-03-15 01:13:38 PM
Holy shiat. Stanford's down 41-16.

Not an auspicious start for the Pac 10.

2007-03-15 01:13:38 PM
Seriously...there really isn't a team in the country playing as well as Georgetown right now. Maybe Oregon, or Creighton.

2007-03-15 01:13:50 PM
Well, I have Louisville. Other two too close to call at halftime...I have Maryland and Texas Tech

2007-03-15 01:13:59 PM
2007-03-15 01:12:07 PM WalkingCarpet it wouldnt come up for me but thats because it was at half when i clicked on it, i dont know if its blacked out for me or not

just sad my cable box is acting up(for some reason does this in the heat) and so all the cbs channels for the tournament are all pixellated and unwatchable.... but upstairs hd box is fine, go figure

Let's make no mistake, DROxINxTHExWIND, you normally make my skin crawl, but we're pretty much on the exact same page for this thing...

/GO TERPS!
//And go UMBC women!

====================================================

Well, if you can't put your differences aside for sports or marijuana, you are indeed an animal. I'll start giving you the finger again after one of our teams takes home the title.

/Terps up 1 at the half!!

2007-03-15 01:14:18 PM
sorry, I apologize for bold.

2007-03-15 01:15:23 PM
OSU over florida?

have you learned nothing over the last six months

florida > tOSU

/bit of flame bait i admit
//but ihave game results in multiple sports on my side

2007-03-15 01:15:49 PM
Also, just because I didnt believe it until I got one in January.

HD is the shiat. Granted, mine only does 1080i, but damn.

zerkalo: Suck it Stanford, you knew you didn't deserve to be here. Maybe a play-in...

How embarrassing for Stanford, yikes.

nothing to add, just wanted it repeated...lol

standford blows btw

CalvinMorallis: Seriously...there really isn't a team in the country playing as well as Georgetown right now.

I don't trust Hibbert. For his size, he doesn't seem like a real difference maker. But maybe I just saw them on some bad nights. Or maybe I am just expecting too much by comparing him to Spencer Hawes and Greg Oden.

2007-03-15 01:16:43 PM
Georgetown
Wisconsin
VA Tech
Ohio St.

G-Town over Wisconsin for the goods.

2007-03-15 01:17:19 PM
Stanford should refuse to come out of the locker room for the second half.

2007-03-15 01:17:28 PM
well stanford apparently doesnt realize just because Louisville is also the cardinals, doesnt mean they are on your team....

Louisville has an assload of points off of turnovers

OS X Users

I seem to have found the magical combination.

Firefox 2.0.0.2 and the Flip4Mac WMV plug-in.

I'm not even getting any chop, nice and smooth.

2007-03-15 01:17:37 PM
Oregon
Texas
Texas A&M
Kansas

Texas/Kansas

Kansas

Mr. McPoops

Stanford should refuse to come out of the locker room for the second half.

If they did, Louisville probably wouldn't outscore them as badly as they have in the first.

2007-03-15 01:18:27 PM
DROxINxTHExWIND: G-Town over Wisconsin for the goods.

You have too much faith in us. I went there, I love us, I have the tat, but there's no way with Brian Butch out that we make it past Florida. I'd love to be wrong.

2007-03-15 01:18:30 PM
Why is Louisville still playing full court press? That seems a bit much. I guess I can understand that now, but if he plays it in the second half, he's a douche.

2007-03-15 01:18:52 PM

Thanks for the return 'LOL'. What''s the record for turnovers in an NCAA game?

2007-03-15 01:19:26 PM
By he, I meant the coach.

Rocktacular

Is best case scenario Butch back for the Final Four?

2007-03-15 01:19:57 PM
florida
kansas
g-town
memphis

Oh, and I bet $100 on Stanford.
Was that a good idea?

2007-03-15 01:19:58 PM
Ooh, I'm into CBS sportsline video feed. Finally. Just in time for half time.

Davidson's playing well, but mostly the Terps are letting them. Gary will rip into them at half for their turnovers and lack of 3 point defense and they'll get better. Or my bracket is farked.

2007-03-15 01:20:58 PM
tatsumaki4ryu: Is best case scenario Butch back for the Final Four?

That's the very optimistic one, but it's unlikely he'd be available.

2007-03-15 01:21:17 PM
Wow, the selection committee really knew what they were doing when picking Stanford over Syracuse.

2007-03-15 01:21:35 PM
Man. Louisville is up by 27 and was still shooting threes on every trip down.

Got the lead, got the knee in the throat while they are down... shooting threes is like dining on their eyeballs while you have them down.

2007-03-15 01:21:36 PM
kliq

So far, no Coach K commercials for once.

Already saw one, A State Farm commercial.

Although "Coach J" was pretty funny.

2007-03-15 01:22:23 PM
There's going to be a lot of complaining if Arkansas doesn't play well against USC tomorrow.

2007-03-15 01:22:25 PM
Davidson's playing well, but mostly the Terps are letting them.

Isn't that sweet of them?

2007-03-15 01:22:39 PM
Fair enough, DROxINxTHExWIND, we'll call this thing a truce until our local champion is crowned, after which I will return to shaming you here on Fark.

/Stanford in the dance, Florida State in the NIT? Sheeit.

2007-03-15 01:22:41 PM
LadyBinky: Ooh, I'm into CBS sportsline video feed. Finally. Just in time for half time.

You should have gotten in line at 10:30am ET like I did.

Good thing the committee saw fit to put Stanford in the tournament.

Go Terps! Please!

mathmatix: how many brackets did everyone do?

One. and it was begrudgingly at that.

sat out last year and sort of enjoyed it. I wasn't in a furious rage over Kansas or anything. But I also wasn't overjoyed at any time either.

guess thats where the tweeds come in for me, i forget half the folks i beef with in threads, and then its a clean slate the next day....

and i think whatever the record is, stanford is on pace to double it...lol

Ugh, I think I'd rather watch commercials than Stanford and Luhvull.

Rocktacula: "Yeah, just got back from SxSW in Austin and it was really nice weather."

Huh? It's only Thursday morning and you're already back from SXSW? Were you just there for the film festival?

At least there's no subregionals there this year. That's always a lot of fun, having people from 8 different schools trying to book hotel rooms less than a week before South-by.

2007-03-15 01:24:57 PM
2007-03-15 01:22:51 PM baorao like i said i only do it for like a lottery type event... but no dollar needed...

the ones i entered you can win 10k, 1million, 60" hd tv, jeep, or any number of a hundred different second prizes... so i figure its worth a try at the least
