The title for the article should be crooked cop helped by colleagues. The way the article makes it seem that this type of behavior in not uncommon between Mexican police stations. I wonder if you have to get beaten into a police station in Mexico like you do a gang here in the United States?

I second what Meat said, only note that I don't dislike all Mexicans, just those that are stupid.

Clashes among police officers of different departments are not new in the Mexican capital.

Why does this make me think of that episode of Star Trek where they demonstrate that killing off your rivals is the only way to advance in the Klingon military?

I'm just shocked as hell that the mexican police do anything at all.

A 20 minute gun battle and no one was injured? Crooks in Mexico City take notice ... the police can't shoot straight.

Were any of them arrested by the police?

Sorry, had to say that.

I wonder what the "bad" cop did? He was probably sleeping with one of their seeesters.

Police don't shoot at other police, guns do.

as a point of clarification of my previous post and ig-88's response to it, i don't hate any mexicans that i can think of. i'm actually probably more biased towards mexicans than i am any other ethnic group. i just like being a dick.

Why do we have to shoot cops who arrest to prevent us from arresting a cop who shoots just to prove that ...............................................................why was he being arrested in the first place?

"The way the article makes it seem that this type of behavior in not uncommon between Mexican police stations."

not "makes it seem" rather "explicitly states":

"Clashes among police officers of different departments are not new in the Mexican capital."
