To quote my 12 yr. old son "Britney is so yesterday"...I couldn't agree more.

Quote from the article...

... why a purported fan of Britney would prevent others from knowing more about her is an irony we're fairly sure hadn't occurred to him.

Uhh, could it be that he wanted Britney all to himself? I mean, he did post his phone number -- presumably so she could give him a ring.

I do not think we are dealing with somebody with a firm grip on reality, here.

Oh fark me baby one more time!

If she wants to remain popular, she needs to cut a new album not go round writing books and making movies with Dan Ackroyd...

Too bad nobody knows how to hit the print-screen button and paste it into MS Paint. They could have included the screenshot in the article.

I guess I'm not hacker enough but what is "h4x0r3d"? Why not just say hacked? WTF?!?!

Octer Doctopus: Maybe because h4x0rs need something to seperate themselves from normal retards-- funny words with numbers in them. Or maybe they're trying to create their own special little language. Either way, the result is they end up typing really slow, and by the time they're used to it, they keep accidentally typing like that whenever they're "coding".

Wouter says: "This is a more effective way than placing Oops i did it again on *microsoft.com. Tip: try to impress girls with hax0ring *nix machines ;)."

Right. Girls are really impressed by hacking Unix boxes. They are really awed when someone "hax0rs" them. Nothing makes a woman wet like a hopelessly immature juvenile delinquent who believes that computer vandalism makes him "l33t".

This is an excellent example of why average people think IT folks are all terminally virgin nerds. Idiots like the above 'Wouter' and antisocial flakes like virus writers make headlines, and the non-tech public thinks we are all like that. Grrrr.
