Who'd she blow to get that charge reduced?

The real question is, who didn't she blow?

It was reduced from a DUI and still good for 36 months probation? Interesting... I guess DUI sentencing is harsher than I thought. I thought first time DUI was little more than a big fine.

No jail time for the Hollywood elite, big shock there.

Nah, DUIs are harsh. Most states you lose your license for a year, and the fines get up to around $2,500, plus an "alcohol awareness program" of some kind. Tack on the SR22 insurance requirement (which can get you dropped from your insurance company) and it can get real painful real quick.

A good defense lawyer can get most first-time DUIs reduced to reckless, depending on the BAC that you blow. Either way, watch out for those un-Constitutional sobriety checkpoints.

I think that this sentence should be proof to you hatahs and doubters that Justice is truly blind and shows favoritism to none.

After all, Paris Hilton got the exact same sentence for her DUI charges that ANYONE with her net worth would have gotten.

I guarantee someone sees her driving this year.

It's not even a joke anymore that the rich don't have any consequences for their actions, it's just an accepted institutionalized fact.

"And there ain't a got-damned thing we can do about it!"

Someone should start a web site that does nothing but provide pictures of her breaking probation. Let the entertainment news pick that up and see what happens.

I wonder if she knows that she has an Avartar in the new WoW expansion? Haris Pilton, she even has pet baby Worg named Tinkerbell.

And a REAL good lawyer can finagle and delay until it gets dropped.
Well worth the extra cash!
