another thought just occured to me. I didn't RTFA, but could there be any recording contract issues for either one of them for releasing a "sex tape"? I suppose it could depend on the artist. a sex tape of either of these two morans couldn't hurt their career, really. However, it could ruin the career of someone whom, as far as I know, is still viewed as normal and innocent, like Avril Lavigne or Gwen Stefani. Not that I care about either of them or their "music" but it wouldn't be expected and their producers are probably banking on that image and it would not be dumb of them to put something in their contracts about avoiding such bad press or getting canned.

Actually, it's a brilliant move. If she releases it before it gets bought, then there's no incentive to buy it because people will get it for free. Furthermore, if she even threatens to do so, there's no incentive to buy it. Spending all that money for rights to something that you wouldn't own exclusively and that another rights holder could release for free would mean that she could keep him from making any profit at all. She just effectively killed the gold mine that k-fed was hoping to take advantage of.
