Is it just me or do we need a line somewhere between free speech and harassment?

I'm well aware that the line is fuzzy and hard to define but I don't think that these people should be able to stand and harass customers of a (legal, legitimate) business like this.

And no, I'm not the type of guy to go to a strip club, I'd probably just leave more frustrated than I went in. I still think this is wrong.

It's actually taken care of. There are rules about interfering with legitimate customers of a business when engaging in a labor dispute or a boycott. If the street preacher physically blocks someone from going inside, then he's interfering with a lawfully operating business, and can get the book thrown at him for that.

So long as he stays with just yelling, though, the most that the strip club can do is file a harassment complaint.

Which will likely be denied, because the owner has 'fought back', as it were, and tort law has this 'clean hands' doctrine, so a decent lawyer could get any lawsuit thrown out.
