I'm gonna call horseshiat on that one. The article says he does two different things, telling them to take their clothes off and also ripping them off by hand. Make up your mind, yo!

a real man doesn't need to "trick" a woman into taking off her clothes.

2006-11-09 11:57:55 PM
How is that a crime?

2006-11-09 11:58:30 PM
OK, if he was actually pulling the clothes off, that's definitely a crime.

2006-11-10 12:00:53 AM
Convincing a girl to take off her clothes is a crime? Even if it's a lie? Throw 90% of the male population in the slammer then.

I usually use "...I see my dick in you ho's" but I guess I can see how "...you have a tick in your clothes" might work.

A tick? This time of year? I think not.

2006-11-10 01:31:32 AM
I took off my clothes after I read that headline, due to tick-fear. Now here I am, naked, watching golf. and no ticks are in sight.

WARNING!!
TFETTES: If a man comes to your door and says he is conducting a survey and asks you to show him your boobies, DO NOT SHOW HIM YOUR BOOBIES.

This is a scam.

He is only trying to see your boobies.

BuckTurgidson, shut UP, goddammit!

NOTHING TO SEE HERE, LADIES, MOVE ALONG, IGNORE THE PREVIOUS POST.

Also, I'm conducting a survey...

I think it was actually the women that tricked him.

2006-11-10 03:55:46 AM
This guy is an amatuer. I've been giving free door to door "breast exams" for years and noone's suspected a thing. The trick is to wear a lab coat.

I think amusing tag would have been suitable. Especially when the officer describes it as a "serious crime". Stupid crime maybe.

Man, that guy is pathetic.

/And I just came over from a D&D thread.

Wow. If its true those women are realllllly stupid. First off its obvious he's lying. Secondly, if you really are worried that theres a tick on you theres this little place called the bathroom where you can disrobe in privacy.

Morons all around.

PS guys like that make me want to puke

2006-11-10 04:26:00 AM
This article is kind of saying "Hey guys, we know women are stupid. Going around exploiting that isn't cool."

2006-11-10 04:28:45 AM
This can only happen in Waukesha, WI. If someone said that to a sophisticated girl in a major US city, they would get the beat down of their lives.

and then the women would run to the nearest restroom and disrobe to find that damn tick.

/just sayin

Who the Fark wrote this????

At one point the man told her she had a tick on her shirt, she said.
"He was like 'It's right there.' That's when he took my pants, pulled them down, pulled them over, and that's when I jumped and started walking toward the bathroom," she said.
The man left, leaving her stunned.

"You know some guy is violating your space. Just the most random story in the world," Frankowski said.

Police said the man has tried the trick in the Milwaukee-area cities of Waukesha, Muskego and Franklin. They said he seems to target younger women working alone in stores.

Jeezus, its like ABC is so poor they're hiring illiterate schizophrenics who are crazy and cant write.

**snort** I saw this work once. On a woman who went on to get a get a degree in astronomy from Harvard. Even then one of the smartest women I have ever met. She could in fact touch her elbows, and held it for a while. She'd probably still be there if we hadn't started staring like drooling fanboys after a few seconds.

They were real, and spectacular.

Thanks for the quality journalism, AP.

I get it, say no more. the ref is pretty "fluid".

On another topic, ticks are arachnids, not insects, for godsake.

Guy tricks at least seven women into taking their clothes off by telling them he sees a tick on their clothes

Am I the only one who's getting bored with these totally inaccurate headlines on Fark?

If you read the article, you see that he absolutely did not trick 7 women into taking their clothes off. He might have tried this on 7 women, but it doesn't sound like he succeeded, which seems to be why he resorted to physical assault.

2006-11-10 07:47:11 AM
I was unaware that arachnids weren't insects. Good to know!

Though isn't it acceptable to use the generic term insect in lay speak to cover arachnids as well?

As a trail runner, I have scored some looks at underboob by suggesting a tick check. Found some ticks too.
