I love the rationale that the dog would be of no service to the Army because he was blind. What a moron. Everyone knows dogs are useful to the Army because of their sense of smell. Duh.

"Officials says Mrs Koehlke received the letter as part of an office mix-up."

This is what's wrong with the German army these days...dead dog in swim trunks...

Well, obviously somebody else had that same name. Probably this guy:

Tom Jakob Jingleheimer Schmidt!
His name is my name, too!
Whenever we go out, the people always shout,
"There goes Tom Jakob Jingleheimer Schmidt!"
La la la la la la la!!

the first thing that came to mind was the show "In Living Color". Jaimee Foxx played Cornbread Turner, the old man who carried around a dead dog named Duke all the time? I couldn't find a picture for reference, sadly.

A round of applause to anyone that can find a picture.

I don't know, but we should definitely form a commission to find out. It's definitely the only real (existing) plan I've heard.

The only question left is: catapults, or parachutes?

Whats more serious than catapulting or parachuting a dead dog wearing swim trunks into a war zone? Seriously. Name one thing.
