I don't know about any of these conspiracy theories one way or the other. But I do know that anybody in this day and age who thinks they can cover their tracks just by getting rid of some paper is a tad out of touch with some of our contemporary realities. :)

I have a hard time believing that if someone called you and asked if you approved of the president, you'd say NO. And you'd also answer "NO" to if you approved of the war in Iraq, and "YES" to if you thought the democrats would do a better job than the republicans. Unless you have a pathological hatred of polls (maybe you were attacked by one as a child, I dunno) I'm just not buying it. Even so, that doesn't invalidate polls. Here's an example:

Do you believe that polls are valid? Margin of error is 25%.

Me (jerry2a): Yes

So the results are: 100% say YES. But one person lied, so the actualy result is that 75% say YES. That's within the margin of error. That poll, though statistically useless because it's only 4 people, is still valid.

That photo shows a woman moving aggressively toward the other person's face. When that sort of thing starts you can't know the intent is simply to 'shush''...she might be going for the eyes or something. An arm break would have definetly been within the other person's rights considering the threat appreared to be a 'strike to the face'.
