Shouldn't you be at a lynching party, submitter?

2006-10-13 08:03:18 PM
Chocolate cupcakes contain sugar. Suck it, disestablishmentarianists.

.

2006-10-13 08:06:32 PM
Wouldn't the insane liberal in submitter's world be excited it was a real nuke, cheer communism, and praise The Dear Leader?

Freeper nonsense never sleeps.

2006-10-13 08:11:47 PM
Democrats are going to overwhelmingly sweep in the November elections. Suck it, submitter.

2006-10-13 08:12:47 PM
All hail this great leap in scientific technology The Dear Leader, in pursuance of 1000 years of communist utopia, has blessed us with ! Now where can I get some clean water to make up my gruel ?

2006-10-13 08:12:51 PM
Whenever I see "Suck it, Libs," my sarcasm meter defaults to "ON."

2006-10-13 08:15:46 PM
We better invade Mauritania!

Couldn't all this wackiness be solved by letting Kim Jong Il join the PGA? Wasn't there a claim that he shoots in the high 30's for 18 holes? He could make enough money so his countrymen might finally be able to eat something other than fire-grilled rocks for dinner.

2006-10-13 08:24:44 PM
submitter is Sucky McSuckerson.

2006-10-13 08:28:05 PM
well then. guess it was a nuke.

/this changes nothing, really.

2006-10-13 08:28:52 PM
Ok, subby are you just a troll or someone with something to say? If you are a troll, please stop. If you have something to say based on your headline, I'd like to hear it

eyehate: Shouldn't you be at a lynching party, submitter?

Diogenes: Wouldn't the insane liberal in submitter's world

floor9: Suck it, submitter.

magicsister: submitter is Sucky McSuckerson.

I guess Moveon.org doesn't have much of a sense of humor.

/Not submitter

Loose_Cannon: I guess Moveon.org doesn't have much of a sense of humor.

You get that there isn't actually a liberal/conservative divide on this one and that the headline is nothing more than a pointless dig (or lame attempt at humour), right ?

ExJerseyGirl: Ok, subby are you just a troll or someone with something to say? If you are a troll, please stop. If you have something to say based on your headline, I'd like to hear it

actually my guess (not submitter here) is that they were playing for the cliche and nothing more. could be wrong.

FOBL wins at teh internet

2006-10-13 08:37:23 PM
Sigh. I've been married for forever. I'd love a lib to suck it. Would be the only suckage. Where do I find the hot teenie porno sucking sluts that so often find themselves being downloaded onto my PC without my expressed consent?

Dammit.

/But agrees. Suck it, Libs.

2006-10-13 08:41:29 PM
I love the late Friday, unnamed source, no detail article. Isn't this how they announced the WMDs were found in Iraq? Suck it 4th estate!

2006-10-13 08:41:48 PM
This is a really serious serious concern!

The US Government is running public service announcements on the west coast, Alaska and Hawaii about civil defense and how Americans can prepare to survive a nuclear attack.

Right?

Right?

Hey! I thought Sucky McSuckerson was funny!

Spad31 -- try instant messaging "Maf54"

He's no Lib, but he's always ready to "gram the one eyed snake"

2006-10-13 08:44:47 PM
Future headlines I'd like to see. Maybe then some people will finally get it.

"Life found on Mars. Suck it, Libs."
"Democrats take control of Congress. Suck it, Libs."
"Chicago Bears win Super Bowl XLI. Suck it, Libs."

2006-10-13 08:45:22 PM
Loose_Cannon: I guess Moveon.org doesn't have much of a sense of humor.

I'm a conservative. Where, exactly, am I supposed to find the humor in that headline? Because I think it's lame.

2006-10-13 08:53:32 PM
Call me crazy, but I like raspberry pie almost as much as cherry.

2006-10-13 08:56:35 PM
Lord of Allusions: Future headlines I'd like to see. Maybe then some people will finally get it.

See... the thing is... some cliche things are funny... some are funny for a while... some are just dumb. This one is the latter.

PLEASE FARKING STOP IT WITH THAT FARKING MEME. PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF WHATEVER DIETY YOU PRAY TO, IF ANY. FARKING ENOUGH.

Pope George Ringo: This is a really serious serious concern!

I am in the midwest, guess it's a secret here. I sleep in the daytime, work at night, so I haven't seen national news.

It is serious...every day...things get more and more serious. I am tired of being worried, afraid of what is going to happen next.

I'm tired of all the "suck it, Libs" stuff. We have been divided and are being conquered.

2006-10-13 09:12:25 PM
daychilde: PLEASE FARKING STOP IT WITH THAT FARKING MEME. PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF WHATEVER DIETY YOU PRAY TO, IF ANY. FARKING ENOUGH.

Okay. I politely told you in another thread to consider decaf and fresh air and exercise.

Won't you?

Seriously. No one gives a rat's ass if you're offended by something on Fark.

We're all offended daily. It's life; it's fun; it's Fark.

Buys round of decaf for you and hope you settle down and laugh a little.

Besides..It's Galactica night! Woo Hoo!

2006-10-13 09:23:36 PM
Nope. I'm tired of the meme, and I'm going to protest it every time I see it.

It's offensive and old. It does nothing but troll. It is not funny.

And if I get banned for it, that's fine too. I won't come back. But I've had enough.

It's absolutely ruining my pleasure from TF.

I enjoy the debate -- I even enjoy most of the sick jokes.

But enough is enough on that front.

2006-10-13 09:25:05 PM
Oh, and BTW, I'm not the only one sick of it. Read the rest of the comments... most of them express tiredness of the meme.

2006-10-13 09:29:55 PM
Agreed. It's just stupid at this point, whether it's meant to make fun of the Conservatives who would repeat that endlessly, or it's actually a 'Conservative' repeating it endlessly.

Seriously.

2006-10-13 09:30:26 PM
daychilde: Oh, and BTW, I'm not the only one sick of it. Read the rest of the comments... most of them express tiredness of the meme.

All good, my friend. but, don't you ever feel a little silly getting wound up over an anonymous forum? I mean, really. Most times, I think Fark is filled with dumbassess (myself included) commenting in threads...but is it really worth the elevated blood pressure for what is really just a silly pastime?

2006-10-13 09:43:16 PM
No, I don't feel silly -- because I care.

People don't litter in their own homes... They will in public, because they don't care -- but they care about their own spaces.

It's honestly ruining TF for me. And I've realized that one of us needs to go - the meme, or me.

Now, I don't have any pretensions that I'm more important than any other random farker -- but I hardly think I'm the only one sick of it...

I believe, if anything, I am just giving a stronger voice to what others may feel...

And, I believe that sentiment -- from both extreme sides (lack of respect -- active hate, even, for the 'other side') is exactly what is tearing out nation apart.

I must apologize to those whom I annoy with my campaign. I honestly do. But I feel it's too important not to do. Yes, even for some "random" website -- but one I devote time to and hang out on. I'm probably not known by many here, and that's fine-- I'm not saying I'd win popularity contests. But I feel at home here. :-(

2006-10-13 10:02:18 PM
daychilde: I'm not saying I'd win popularity contests. But I feel at home here. :-(

Agreed. It's a fun place. Both sides (should be more sides, of course) take many ugly shots at each other...but so what? Why does it really matter in the end? Just chill and have a good time with the bros (and broettes?..what?) that like to goof off and get nothinhg important done! You're welcome, of course, as are we all, but seriously...just laugh it all off and be a good person. Wouldn't you help a person who disagrees with you across a street?

Eh. It's just good fun, and I think the libs should suck it.

But not if they're really in distress! libs are still Americans! (Damn dirty hippies they are notwithstanding!)

Buys round for daychilde and braces for impact. ACTION STAIONS! GALACTICA NIGHT! WOO HOO!

2006-10-13 10:30:11 PM
Loose_Cannon: I guess Moveon.org doesn't have much of a sense of humor.

OK then. The headline makes no sense it's not funny. Better now?

2006-10-14 12:03:47 AM
Radiation does not mean blastation.

In fact, I believe the area over which the radiation was detected, was, in fact, the entire country of North Korea. They literally radiate psycho particles.

2006-10-14 12:26:39 AM
This is a partisan issue?

Guess I didn't get my talking points memo!

/Actually it's politically worse for the Administration if it is a genuine nuke, since we could've spent our time better stopping this real "nucular" threat.

//Suppose it might be good news for the military complex though; a manipulated win-win. (the admin has always been willing to trade politically better for financially better cronyism thus the low approvals) Bankrupt us pointlessly in Iraq, gouge us more when we have to do something about NK.

2006-10-14 01:09:49 AM
B-b-but Islamofascism...

2006-10-14 01:10:22 AM
This is just like the WMDs that were found in Iraq...oh wait...suck it Neocons.

Bush's incompetence caused what now?

Everyone Panic!

Great job, Duhbya.

See this?

upload.wikimedia.org

That is plutonium.

When Clinton was president, NK's plutonium was locked up and under international inspection.

Now that Bush is president, NK's plutonium is no longer locked up, they are making more, and putting them in bombs.

Obviously this is Clinton's fault.

floor9: Democrats are going to overwhelmingly sweep in the November elections. Suck it, submitter

You know, as much as I really Really REALLY want to see this happen, I don't think it will.

/*sob*

2006-10-14 01:21:11 AM
Yeah, I guess it is the libs preventing President Dumbass from taking more decisive action with North Korea. And not the fact that the military's resources have been siginifacntly depleted by the gay-ass war in Iraq.

/Suck it, Iraq-offs!

Yeah, it's not who the voters want, it's who controls the voting machines.

Dammit, I'm out of gas.
Suck it submitter, will you?

2006-10-14 01:26:00 AM
Well, this thread turned out to be a lot more fun than I would have thought initially.

2006-10-14 01:28:16 AM
Oh goody...

I do have a question (multi-part question), for about 2 years (maybe more), we've been threatening to invade Iran if they started a nuclear program. North Korea now has a nuclear program, does that mean we're going to go after them now? Or is the fear of China enough for us to ignore them?

2006-10-14 01:28:24 AM
overdark: Yeah, it's not who the voters want, it's who controls the voting machines.

But that's the problem. I think the majority of Americans want these clowns in office. They've bought into the divisive rhetoric the Republicans are spewing and actually believe that the word "liberal" is a pejorative.

/*sigh*

2006-10-14 01:28:56 AM
It is obvious that without the leadership of our president, we are doomed to become slaves to the Axis of Evil. He and his administration saw the potential even before 9/11 and chose to prepare and take out Iran. Unfortunately Saddam went off. Therefore they had to reprioritize and go after Afghanistan. With that in mind, our leaders chose the weaker of the 3 members. Don't forget, Iran and NK are next on our lists. They'll all pay for September the 11th, 2002.

2006-10-14 01:28:56 AM
No doubt the same government source that said Iraq had flying drones of death and mobile labs blah blah blah.

Your integrity is shiat.

Suck it neocons, you armchair chickenhawk bastards.

2006-10-14 01:30:17 AM
overdark: Yeah, it's not who the voters want, it's who controls the voting machines.

No, because that's not how congressional elections work. We don't vote for parties like a parlimentary system, we vote for individuals in certain districts, and when you look at it district-by-district instead of some BS nation-wide "Dem or GOP?" poll, the spread favors the GOP.

Reality doesn't have a liberal bias, reality just hates politics across the board.
