Im all for that guy putting up concrete barriers but maybe he could put up some of those large garbage cans and fill them with water. That way there wouldnt be too much damage if someone hit them. Bonus points if he filled them with some type of coloring agent that would make the cars look like a picasso.

If Central Florida is anything like the Panhandle, large rocks are almost nonexistant. Limestone is available but it's expensive.

Just glad this dime store novel did not include a little boy getting a knife in the foot. Must of been a slow news day for the reporter. Melodramatic with unstatisfying climax... two thumbs down.
