I thought your Constitutional rights were for protection solely from the government. Commercial entities, private citizens, etc can all try to limit your speech if they want, and it's not unconstitutional.

Yep, just notice her depo, file a motion to compel the discovery, and if she doesn't answer ask to have the case dismissed. The lawyer representing her should be sanctioned.

To all those asking

Apparently a while ago, the blogger listed some rumors/truths or what not on a former playmate, several of which were taken from her website, she threatened to sue for defimation of character and demanded he take the stuff off his site, he choose not to, and got a friend of a friend to represent him for free. She has no real case, and her lawyer won't respond properly because he posts every response he gets right back up on his blog and the lawyer wants it to be kept confidential.

/funny in a not acutally funny kind of way, but if your bored and work is going slow it's something to keep time moving
