I think he'll be just fine. Not to diminish rape or anything, but the dude just sucked his dick. Also, he's 20...not really a 'kid'; i.e. this wasn't some kind of kiddy molestation case.

Maybe I'm just cold-hearted, but I don't see this particular scenario scarring this dude for life. Hell, he probably enjoyed it at the time ^_^

If it was rohypnol, the guy shouldn't be able to remember the specific details he's recalling. Even if the drink was doped, wouldn't it take a while for the digestive system to absorb? Unfortunately, in today's world, all one needs to do is make a claim like this that can't be proven OR disproven in order to get a person they dislike into serious trouble. Band leader probably demoted the kid to a different position or somethign and the kid exacted his revenge.

That's exactly what I was thinking. From what I remember from my college days GHB tastes like cheap aholcol. Could have very easily mixed him a loaded drink and had his fun all night long.
