Isn't it a bit disturbing that every time someone is arrested for terrorism they're held for 5 years or so and then quietly released because there was no evidence they ever had any plan to be anything but insane?

For those of you that don't know, Padilla was an American citizen who got grabbed by DHS and held for three years without a gharge being filed. During that time he was moved around to avoid a writ of habeus corpus being filed.

Not effective against an insurgency.

Padilla should go sue crazy. Not just sue crazy, go sue bombing. Like an exploding suing terrorist bomber, only exploding out lawsuits.
