What secret ingredient has been found to reduce a woman's sex drive?

Wedding cake.

Thanks, I'll be here all week. Try the veal.

She got what she wanted; guaranteed financial income. Sex is no longer nessecary.

Nice research there Einstein. Everyone knows women don't really have a "sex drive" so much as a "lie down and spread legs" drive.

Excellent headline. I think that I should say :( but because I'm single atm, I'll :)

I don't know about that germaniac.
I've always found your wife to be pretty lithe, limber and freaky in the sack.

I've always been the one who wants it more in my relationships.

Why do women smile on their way up the aisle?
Because they know they've given their last blow-job.

Nice HL, lol

Grampa Simpson: Fifteen? Boy, that sounds like a lot of sex!
Cyrus: I said wives, not girlfriends.

Mr. Clarence Butterworth: 20 pounds

I could live with 20. Sadly the truth is more like 40.

"Along with hacking off her hair"

Well it entirely depends on which area is being cropped, no?

2006-08-14 08:24:59 AM
Hmmm, maybe it's cuz we're anti-children, but we still bang like bunnies after 4 1/2 yrs. (I do hear all the classic "married-no booty" stuff from ALL of my married friends, though.

2006-08-14 08:25:07 AM
yeah....y'all don't sound bitter at all. nooooooo.

cheshirecatsmileyface: yeah....y'all don't sound bitter at all. nooooooo.

You'd be bitter too if you chose a life partner under false pretenses and didn't give it up anymore. And the only way out was to give half of what you own.

that's just cause you didn't get that wedding ring yet...give it time

Reasearchers also determined that men and women are different!

Shhhs! Please don't tell the NY Times.

Also, after women get married, the number of shoes, dresses, diamonds and other accessories increases exponentially!

2006-08-14 08:27:57 AM
...so the secret must be to make sure it's not a *secure* relationship?...

2006-08-14 08:28:16 AM
That explains why my friend, who is unfaithful to his wife, still gets *plenty* of sex from his wife who knows if his infidelity.

Security = no sex

He sure beat that equation.

/he's still messing with dynomite, though.

There're only so many tighty whiteys with skid marks that we can wash for you guys before losing interest. Sorry.

2006-08-14 08:30:55 AM
Biologically, women don't have to hunt for another mate, so any bozo can be kept hanging with the prospect of sex. Then the women act all surprised when the guy goes and gets his sex elsewhere.

2006-08-14 08:31:16 AM
I can vouch for that.

2006-08-14 08:31:20 AM
Don't get me wrong but my wife wants it more than I do...
I just don't have the urge anymore (I'm only 40)

/insert suicidal thought here

2006-08-14 08:31:31 AM
This doesn't make sense to me. If you like to fark, why would marriage stop this enjoyment?

2006-08-14 08:31:43 AM
30-year-old women wanted sex "often" at the beginning of a relationship, but within four years of the relationship this figure fell to under 50%, and after 20 years it dropped to about 20%.

So, some of these women were married at ten yrs old????

Luckily, I dont have that much to give away! :)

I can validate this research with anecdotal evidence which was gathered through two failed experiences.

6 1/2 years here, still rattlin' the headboard at least twice nightly, once in the morning, and sometimes a quickie on the sofa during lunch.

JennaJames: This doesn't make sense to me. If you like to fark, why would marriage stop this enjoyment?

Two possible answers:

We're talking about women. When do they ever act rational or logical?

They enjoyed sex mostly in the idea they were getting a man to commit by doing it. Once that happens they don't enjoy it as much.

2006-08-14 08:33:55 AM
cheshirecatsmileyface: yeah....y'all don't sound bitter at all. nooooooo.

Is there a reason we should not be bitter? DUH. Of course, you did say "yawl", so I'm gonna just take this unobservant comment in stride.

2006-08-14 08:37:40 AM
Perhaps it is because when you're married a man no longer has to attempt any kind of satisfaction with his wife, he assumes she is there to stay. The fact is, if neither side is trying very hard, it will never work. Never been married, but it always sounds like to me those who are still having sex very frequently enjoyed it and continue to enjoy it, actually putting in some effort.

And what is frequently exactly? Some couples talk about, well bazzanoid says twice daily, but many can say that. And for how long has to be considered. I mean a once weekly intimate and long session is more frequent than most people outside of relationships, but it never sounds like the frequent people get anywhere close to that level.

In fairness, a FEMALE friend of ours got married, and afterwards came over to ask "um ... how often is normal?" ... her husband was the one to lose some interest.

There ARE those cases.

Like kids with two heads.

2006-08-14 08:40:04 AM
3 years maximum...got it.

2006-08-14 08:40:11 AM
Just think of our poor ancestors in North American culture: they had to wait UNTIL marriage to nail their bride, so they never even go the horny insecure sex that most of us get these days. They just get the lead up, the tease, spring for a ring, and then get "it's 11 o'clock at night, Harry, go back to sleep!". And even if there's some sex, it was with a completely inexperienced woman...*shudders*.
