I think control has something to do here as well. If an older man pressures an younger girl to have sex, most see it as the older man controling the younger girl. If the girl robs a gas station at gunpoint - is she being pressured into doing it?

The pregnancy stats just further add to the fact that these sluts are stupid. If you are going to have sex, there are ways so that it is very unlikely that you will get pregnant.

If a young girl is raped (stat. or not), the perp is most likely NOT going to use protection/birth control. On the other hand, if a 16 y/o decides to be sexually active, especially with her "agemates," she'll most likely use some form of birth control (if she has a brain). Don't you agree?

Playing devil's advocate with your devil's advocate (huh?): does that mean a person conned out of money is also partially responsible? If they were doing if for greedy motives ("GET RICH QUICK!") Than yes, if they were lied too by someone, they were a victim.

If it can be said to be "consentual" than it's hypocrisy, if it was emotional fruad, then I don't think it is hypocrisy.

People are saying "But the 14 year olds *want* to do it... 6 year olds *want* to jump off the top of the roof to play Superman. But when a mature adult is around, they don't let that things happen. On the same note, wanting to do something at age 14 isn't the same as wanting to do something when you're an adult. When I was 14, I wanted to have sex with Duff McKagan, the bassist from Guns N' Roses. Does that mean I was mature enough to make the decision to have sex? Hell no, look at the guy I would have chosen. 14 year old girls may *want* to have sex, but they're not ready to have sex.
