some friends of mine always thought it'd be hilarious if someone had a ford probe and got vanity tags with ANAL on them. heh.

i'm still bummed that the state of missouri went from cool yellow on black (very different from regular white on red at the time) lettering on vanity plates to a very cheap looking painted (not stamped) dark blue on light blue artsy fartsy plate (same as the new regular plates). the old ones looked macho and really stuck out. oh well.

I saw a viper that had a license plate that said fngfast lucky for this guy I have a life and don't really care if it offends some old lady.
Also you don't have to get personalized plates to be offensive. I had a lady here at work that got 4WTE001 Translation 4 whitey #1 We thought she was the KKK grand wizard or something. DMV didn't understand what the problem was... Smart people...

Actually, one of the most amusing, and rather frightening, license plate I've seen was on this Mercury Cougar with a woman driving. The plate said 'XNTRNK', and then there was a tie hanging out of the closed trunk. he he he

I disagree. Wisconsin (like NY and FL before) was cool enough to release the letters to TSG. All states have banned plate lists. Most ISPs have banned e-mail ID lists, too (for instance, you'll rarely get ro­otpsic­om, admin­ist­r­a­to­r­p­s­ic­om, abusep­sicom, f*­ckpsic­om etc...)

FARK is not taken in MA, although I'm not sure if they'd let you have that. They have the list of all those already taken on their web site too: http://www.state.ma.us/rmv/vanity/a-vanity.htm

Vixen was too (damn that person) so I ended up with my 3rd choice.

and yes I have vanity plates...or I will once I finally get them. I like having something I can remember easily.
