I stayed at the Glasgow Hilton on my honeymoon. They upgraded us, at no extra charge, to one of the four executive suites with a balcony. It was a lovely room, with a great view of this one hotel (or office building) that the entire building's lighting scheme would go through the entire rainbow constantly. And I had haggis for the first time, and a kippered herring, and black and white pudding...holy crap that was a good breakfast.

Antisyzygy: Who cares.

I do. I'm so numb to politics and the hysteria about global cooling or warming (whatever it is this week) that I'm finding myself caring more about celebs simply because it doesn't irritate me.

Well, she should just be happy they didn't charge extra for the de-crabing that is needed after her stay.

she can threaten to buy the hotel and fire the chick, oh wait her family already ownes it.

Yawn.

Oh and if she needs a place to stay, I've got room. In my pants!

It's her own fault. Hilton Hotels don't charge by the hour no matter WHAT your last name is.

Don't ask how I know.

OK, but seriously, she has to pay to stay in her own hotel? Do the Hiltons still actually own the hotel franchise, or was it sold?

Chelle82: OK, but seriously, she has to pay to stay in her own hotel?

What difference does it make?

She gets it back anyway.

I'm sure it's kinda like the owner of BMW can't walk into any BMW dealer and drive off with whichever vehicle he wants. The dealers have to balance their books, much in the same way that the Hilton franchises do.

/pulling this outta my ass
//but it makes sense to me

Does no one even go back to check headlines only a few lines down?

As amusing as this would be, it was part of a prank call she did for a radio show.

/mods...seriously though...with the Robin Williams repeat, and more? *sigh*
