This one time, I was driving around town with one of my friends. He wanted to grab a burritto from Taco Bell, so I went to the drive through. He tried to pay for the Burritto with a two dollar bill.

the article says the cop shot the guy twice with the taser, then the guy broke the wires, then tased the cop with the taser. that makes no sense, unless the guy grabbed the hot broken wires and placed them on the cops' nuts
