Are these guys really paedophiles? They're called paedophiles at the start, but it's not followed up. They've got crazy ideas, some I like, some I don't (i.e everything they say about children), but are they actual, admitted paedophiles? It's possible that they're just sexually very liberal.

Dennis Miller had it right when he suggested that if you even thought of molesting a child, do us all a favor and shoot yourself now.

I'm a father of a small boy, and I'd like no harm to come to him. But this is ridiculous. I'm sure there have been many famous/good people who have done great works and have thought of having sex with children. I believe that some paedophiles are simply born that way (much like homosexuality). If they act on the impulse, they need to be punished for it, if they don't then they have my sympathy - they have a life of suffering ahead.

p.s I am not a paedophile (though I feel I shouldn't necessarily have to say that)

The age of consent is 16, anyone even proposing to lower that should be thrown in a PMITA prison, period. Man I've seen some whackjob political parties come and go here, but this one takes the cake. Believe me, the Dutch are as outraged as anyone would be.

Here's the deal: If I make racist statements in the press, I'll be persecuted, since it hurts people of the races I am discriminating against. If I say I wanna fark 12 year olds, I am hurting every parent of a 12 year old son or daughter. How do you think that feels for a mom or dad? Not to mention the actual physical hurt and psyhological damage a lowering of the age of consent to 12 would have.
