Mostly because they are charging ridiculous prices for admission (about $40 i think) and, as you mentioned, its in a really good location so I think someone will buy them out.

The few times I've encountered them I've told them I'm a member of Christians Against Christ, a group that doesn't believe he was the Messiah but call ourselves Christians anyway.

The recipients of these pieces of subterfuge should drop them in their local mail box. They'll try to deliver them a few more times before it goes to dead letter or is returned.
