What's funny here is that the law, originally worked properly as written.

See, as briefly mentioned in TFA, originally there was a seperate law that defined homosexual behavior as a crime, and that crime would have served as a Fault in the marriage, allowing fault-divorce.

Now that homosexual behavior isn't a crime, the divorce law in that state is incomplete, because it was written on the assumption that homosexual behavior would stay criminal.

Obviously I agree that homosexual behavior shouldn't be a crime, but it should blatantly amount to an affair and thus serve as a fault in divorce.

I made it extremely clear to my wife that I would not consider it cheating if she had a lesbian affair, so long as the woman was not unattractive and I was allowed to at least watch once in a while.

Can you still seek an at fault divorce if you wanted to, because my understanding of what is at stake here is alimony payments, if the guy wants to get out of those he has to show that she was at fault for the divorce.

For me:
with a girl = totally fine, especially if he can watch
with a guy = not allowed (not like I would anyway).

I don't think I'd be cool with my wife cheating on me with another woman. However...

I would allow my wife to fool around with another woman as long as I was involved in it.

The only part of the wife on another woman thing that would bother me at all would be the deceit (assuming its cheating). Never been a fan of liars or cheats, probably never will be. Whacky sexual romps on the other hand, are fabulous!
