Duh. Maybe you'll bury your next brother in a graveyard.

Wow, I had to read that twice.

I guess $900,000 dollars is worth more than a living U.S. civilian. Why do they have bail for murder suspects? It is just farking wrong...

2006-03-30 03:45:33 AM
The latest form of 'hooking' the reader in print news journalism - confuse them so badly, they just have to read on to find out wtf the story is about.

2006-03-30 03:54:46 AM
How the hell do you find $90,000 cash to post the 10% and then run. I don't believe bounty-hunters are legal in IL either...

Or is $900,000 bond, thus the bail was 9 million?

oh yes.

yes yes yes yes yes yes.

Well, I'm sure some bail-bondsman or bounty-hunter is gonna get him. There's no way he paid that 900,000 bail himself...

Take your neatly wrapped balls out of your pretty pink purse and hunt him like the waste of flesh he is.

Added bonus is that this way you give the motherfarker the *exact* amount of justice he deserves.

A) Man, wanted by U.S. Marshals for a murder found by victim's family on the internet, dancing in a nightclub in Damascus, Syria

For version A: Family members found a guy murdering their relative on the internet, and the guy is currently dancing in Syria.

B) Man, wanted by U.S. Marshals for a murder, found by victim's family on the internet dancing in a nightclub in Damascus, Syria

For version B: A guy murdered someone, and the victim's family found him dancing on the internet while he was in Syria. (I think this is correct)

C) Man wanted by U.S. Marshals for a murder found by victim's family on the Internet dancing in a nightclub in Damascus, Syria

For version C: There are many possible scenarios, including a murder dancing in Syria.

Further complicating matters, Syria has no extradition treaty with the United States and relations between the two countries are frosty at best.

Much better chance of cooperation on this from Syria than we would from Israel.

If Your Israeli or Jewish and you murder someone in US, all you have to do is make it to Israel and they won't ever send you back here.
/You will have to pretend to do few months in jail there though.

Israel laughs in our face, but "Syria makes my skin crawl."

uh i dunno--maybe b\c of those pesky democratic concepts of due process and innocence until proven guilty?

/submitter sought for questioning by farker who read headline head assplodes trying to decipher suckatude b\c he obviously has no concept of clarity in sentence structure gets a cockpunch.

Why don't the courts slap a tracking anklet on anyone out on bail in felony cases?

2006-03-30 07:40:45 AM
Here's my attempt at translating the headline:

A man murdered someone. For this, he is wanted by the U.S. Marshals. He flew to Damascus. Once there, he went to a nightclub, where a picture of him was taken and later posted on the Internet. The family of the murder victim found this picture. Jailarity will hopefully ensue.

2006-03-30 07:46:08 AM
So, was it the internet that was dancing in a nightclub in damascus ?

Or was it the family that the victim had on the internet ?

2006-03-30 07:55:16 AM
When will people learn, out of America, out of our control, and who would want to give Amrica crap unless they can trade for it.

2006-03-30 07:56:16 AM
* English is truly the worst language...well, since French.

* In Syria, you can have this guy taken down for next to nothing. Much less than 90k.

* All else fails, plant some explosives and maps of Israelli military targets in his house and call Mossad

The Internets were dancing on the family's murdered US Marshall?

/confusticated highly.
//Yay for bizarre headlines!

Why not just have him kidnapped in Syria? Beat him to death, and release THAT video on the internet?

That's gotta cost, what, about 50 bucks?

/And the justice system is not "failing" you histrionic farkwads.

2006-03-30 09:09:19 AM
That is the WORST headline ever. I still can't read it.

2006-03-30 09:41:23 AM
I am too lazy to find a better link, but this is basically what happened. Guy in the article was allegedly involved in a senseless murder last summer. (I know most murders are senseless, but the victim college student stopped to assist two strangers who needed help, and they in turn killed the victim. Specifically, the guy in the article repeatedly hit the victim with a bike lock while his "friend" kicked the victim.) The two suspects were arrested, but one of them was able to post bond. He promptly skipped the country, and was suspected of being in Syria. Earlier this year, family members of the victim found pictures and video on the internet showing the guy dancing at a Syrian night club. The family members notified the U.S. Marshall's office, but there is not much that the feds can do because the U.S. does not have an extradition agreement with Syria.

2006-03-30 09:58:38 AM
The reason I checked this one out is I was hoping the video was him doing some kind of crazy dance, like the Robot or the Carlton. He was more like he was standing there chatting.

2006-03-30 10:05:44 AM
So if the guy turns up dead in Syria do the bail bonds people get their money back?

2006-03-30 10:25:06 AM

SOmething similar happened recently in PHX. Some college girl from Kuwait was driving super drunk. Ran over a guy then ran into a light post. She was arrested, released on bail under the condition her passport & visa be revoked. Attorney dropped the ball & now she's in Kuwait.

2006-03-30 11:52:36 AM
beaters: So if the guy turns up dead in Syria do the bail bonds people get their money back?

I doubt it, that would make too much sense.

How come nobody has posted the picture of the blue shirt spiky haired club it up possee? I'm disappointed.
