I know this is dead, but Contrabulous Flabtrapulation - Why not?
Why should a drug user not get the same care as anyone else. Especially if the drugs are taxed to hell and back?

Do you want your taxes going to the treatment of fat people when their beef and cheese based diet tries to kill them?
How about rock climbers when their hobby tries to kill them?
And what about people in cars? They know it's dangerous, why not deny them care at the expense of the taxpayer too.
