Sodomy, eh?

Pops!

What a bunch of forward-thinking individuals, those military types. Wouldn't want God's wrath or anything.

Ballad of the Queen Berets
(to the tune of Ballad of the Green Berets)

Falling Fairies from the sky,
O broke a nail, Oh I could cry.
Don't you like how my tushy sways?
We are the fags of the Queen Berets.

Bill Clinton's words upon my ears,
"You Guys have rights, be proud you're Queers."
I once was scared, now I'm okay,
Cause I'm a fag in the QUEEN BERETS.

Put silver earclips on my nuts,
I love the pain, now spank my butt.
The way you walk is awfully cute.
I sure would LOVE to pack your chute.

This Army stuff is awfully slick,
Free meals and clothes, and lots of dicks.
When I retire, I'll still get paid.
I thank you Bill, from the Queen Berets.

Atleast it wasn't the 101st Airbourne. The 82nd is like the bastard child of Fort Bragg.

I like the gay and lesbian advocate guy. Who really cares if they're queer humping. Having sex for money on film... that's something I could see valid charges for.

/Good moral soldiers can have sex for money. They just have to be the one paying the money

If they start up the draf we're gonna see a lot more of this. No more of those flat feet excuses, it's time for an orgy, get the camera!!!!

If the Army were to use these vidio's as recruting material. Think of the enlistments. Foget the 72 virgins, sign me up and give me a porn star.

The 82nd is like the bastard child of Fort Bragg.

WTF?

The 82nd Imperial Division is called that because they recognize no authority but their own. They do what they like at FT Bragg and in the Army.

They do what they like at FT Bragg and in the Army

Well we now know what they like to do

Gotta be careful saying that. Most people aren't gay to start with... they get sucked into it by others.

"I'm not going to make excuses for service members who are taking part in sexual conduct for money," said Ralls, who works for the Washington-based Servicemembers Legal Defense Network. "It would be absolutely criminal regardless of whether they were heterosexual or gay."

See, as someone who grew up in a country that doesn't criminalize prostitution, I never quite could get my brain around this; if you're in a porno movie, unless you're doing it pro-bono or it's one of those fake Cinemax softcore dealies, aren't you essentially having sex for money?

Why aren't Jenna Jameson, Ron Jeremy, et.al. behind bars? Am I missing something here?

Thanks to *23 Enigma* I sincerely wish to retract my earlier post.

The Army has recommended that all be discharged.

Perhaps it's late, but I find that line exceedingly funny.

The charges do not mention the name of the site, but the division had previously been investigating allegations that soldiers appeared on a gay pornography Web site.

So does this mean that there's someone in the military bureaucracy whose job it is to look at gay porn sites all day? Or did someone just happen to notice this on their own time?

This site has been around a LONG time. It's the most poorly kept secret in the military.

I spent a lot of time on military bases in my day. Oddly, I never enlisted. You do the math. :-P

I once heard that if a gay touches you, you become gay 7 days later

2006-02-25 05:52:38 AM
It's like they say, I'm not gay, but the guy I'm farking is.

Funny how nobody's made mention of them being bad soldiers or anything, just a bunch of gay porno actors. So much for merits.

What's really a shame is that you know gays are picking on the most vulnerable in society, those who can be recruited at the drop of a hat.

Damn. I thought they were just a bunch of wife beaters.

JK! My dad and my bro in law were both in the 82nd. Sad but true there's a lot of wife abuse there. Not a good thing to joke about, so back to the gays: I don't think there's that many because if you take a look at most of their apartments, the only decorations are the big TV and the Kawasaki Ninja parked in in the living room to keep it from getting ripped off.

The military is so weird about "sex". I dont mean just "homo-sex" either. Sex is technically not allowed while deployed to Iraq. Also if you are on a ship (even if you are dating or married)... sex is not allowed.

Also soliciting a prostitute while in the military (even if off duty) will soon be (or is?) a crime.

Not to mention that pornography typically constitutes "sexual harassment" and is highly frowned upon. (A friend of mine spent a year there and when she was debriefed after returning the big question was "did the Marines you were with have pornography?")

Of course these rules are broken on a massive scale which just shows how out of touch the policy makers are. I mean hell you spend 6-12 months plus on deployement and the military expects you to become a freaking monk....

I think there was also a huge Marine Corps gay porn ring operating out of the Marine base in 29 Palms, California in the early 90s.

The ancient Greeks recognized that a unit composed of pairs of (gay) lovers could be highly effective. Mainly due to the fact that they would never leave their lover in battle.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sacred_Band_of_Thebes

Personally I think that government sanctioned discrimination against gays is just as silly as discrimination against blacks or jews or whatever.

Sex is bad, mmmkay? You should hate your sex drive, be ashamed of it, and ask invisible people to forgive you for having it, mmmmkay?

I'm not teh ghey, but, um, I didn't see any condoms in that link. If the military were a bit more progressive, THAT'S what they should be in trouble for.

"Charged under article 12.69.03 : Discharge of loaded weapons in an unsafe manner and endangering military equipment."

a law firm I used to work at employed people to surf porn and other sites looking for trademarks belonging to their clients. If they found a pic or video in which a trademarked item appeared, lawsuitlarity ensued. I wanted to be the porn surfer person... :(

How could? weren't the marines who never left a man behind?
