This has to be a school or art project.

That's all great, but I need a double pair of pants for me and whomever I'm putting in the figure-four leglock. Why don't they take custom orders?

It's from an issue of McSweeney's that I somehow missed. The folks at MeFi have the scoop.

I knew there would come a point in my life when I realized that I no longer knew what the hell was going on. That point has now arrived.

In a way, I feel relieved.

hehehehe!

My brother actually gave me a print copy of their catalog for Xmas this year, along with a copy of "Yeti Researcher" journal, a "saussage basket catalog" and a number of other bizzarre items. They all came in a manilla enveloped addressed to "Sargent Maria Vasquez in Virginia."

If anyone else is interested in giving such gift, you can get it at McSweeney's (pops)

No, I do not work for them. Anyway, I must say it was a gift I will always remember.

Just realized I have actually been involved in the making of plural clothing, as I was a costume intern for somewhere doing the musical Hair. Apparently, the Supremes Monster has released a clothing line.

Yessss! I was wondering when someone would bring that up

Mugato

There was an SNL sketch a while back about 3 legged jeans.

Alegandalegandaleg.

"They're not stupider than acid washed."

Yeah, it was the Levi's 3-leg Jeans. The SNL guys had them on in the different variations - superfluous pantleg in the middle, to either side.
They've produced some good jeans commercials - see also Bad Idea Jeans, Mom Jeans, and Jewess Jeans (that one was a spoof on Jordache commercials)

I don't care if it's real or not.

The very idea of it is so amazingly absurd that I think I want to marry whoever came up with it.

I'd hit it.

You know, I would use the mittens/book cover. That's one of the better ideas on the site. And it's too bad it's not a real site because part of me wants a sweatshirt with ten too many arms.

2006-02-16 11:31:08 PM
So what's at the street address shown on the site?

2006-02-16 11:31:33 PM
In addition to the clothing, there is a bonus entertainment factor: they've selected the ugliest people in the universe as models.

2006-02-16 11:32:56 PM
The book jacket with mittens actually looks like a fairly good idea...until you need to turn the page, or keep the pages from flipping around in the wind. But otherwise it's a cute.

2006-02-16 11:35:24 PM
Did'ja hear about the man with 5 penises?

His pants fit like a glove!

2006-02-16 11:36:54 PM
Sabe: But otherwise it's a cute.

Cute what? WHAT? C'mon! The suspense is killing me!

As an 'art form' the website has taken on a whole new gender.

I actually really like this... its full of overpriced and bizarrely impracticle clothing.

The implications are astounding.
