Spoooooon maaaaan, come together with your hands.

Anybody who can play the recorder with his nose gets my vote.

Gets your vote for what?

2002-05-25 11:05:08 AM

2002-05-25 11:07:29 AM
My vote for death by complications from a heart attack.

2002-05-25 11:10:23 AM
He has a daughter? How the fark did that happen?

2002-05-25 11:11:46 AM
Skwidd,
If we need to explain that to you, maybe you are not old enough to be farking on your own...

when i was in 5th grade, we watched this educational video in music class on percussion stuff, and spoonman was in it. it was kinda cool.

2002-05-25 11:40:02 AM
Ok, I guess I left myself open for that one.

2002-05-25 11:44:20 AM
Skwidd,
It was said completely in the spirit of humor and with no ill intentions...

No Spoonfuls of money
Heart Stops Beating
The Utensils fall
We pay the bill

I know. It was funny. =)

I was on Public Access television here in Seattle with the Spoonman. He was performing with Sex Mob.

2002-05-25 01:06:22 PM
I didn't know playing spoons could be so stressful.

Why did he have a heart attack at 53? That's the question.

2002-05-25 01:26:57 PM
Concidering he lives off of tips on the street, I blame large amounts of instant ramen noodles.

2002-05-25 01:43:31 PM
Chris Cornell should pay his medical bills.

2002-05-25 01:46:54 PM
MatthewCole: Unfortunately I learned through my college years what living solely off of ramen noodles was like!

2002-05-25 02:26:56 PM
thats 2, count em, 2 references to chris cornell on the fark main page so far. five bucks to whoever notices the other one.

2002-05-25 02:53:07 PM
Well, no 5 bucks for me.

2002-05-25 03:38:23 PM
Aren't all his friends Indians? Where are they helping him?

2002-05-25 04:59:31 PM
He should have joined the local Spoon Players union so he would have medical benefits.

2002-05-25 06:59:56 PM
the spoonman farking rocks. he and his buddy would just show up at random places on the UW campus and start playing. hope he gets better.

2002-05-25 09:21:54 PM
Hmm, another Seattle musician Courtney Love wanted dead?

I Krist Novoselic, Chris Cornell and JAMPAC should start a fund or something.

2002-05-25 10:34:32 PM
slayerswine: Duh? i cannot believe, for such a fark veteran as you, you took that seriously.

2002-05-25 11:32:10 PM
Someone do the digging and tell us where we can donate. I'd give 5 bucks to preserve the spoonman. I sent an email to Key Bank but havent got anything back yet.
