The title is a little misleading. Theres no stripping.. just dirty dancing.. a little bit of bump and grinding. Its would be just like any other work out, just with more focus on the dirty dancing part as its back ground for doing the excersises.

Actually, NuckleHead, one of the hottest strippers I know was (at the time I knew her) almost 40. But by 'in the business' it doesn't mean she was on a pole the whole time--she probably did management, booking, and other jobs that kept her in the titty bar but didn't involve getting nekkid.

Professional stripping IS a fantastic workout, but this kind of 'aerobics' isn't the same thing.

I think it's great to have stripping classes taught, I really do. There's a lot of stuff we dislike merely because we've never experienced it, or are no good at it. I think all driver's ed courses should include two days on a motorcycle, and that stripping classes should be available at the gym, and church. I'm not sure if we should all try dog.

My ex, just glared at me for giving her a strip course as a present. She hated me for it. And she loved the classes and took the course twice. And probably using the lessons learned in her new life. Ce la vie.
