now with voting goodness.

My niece and I laughed and laughed at this one
2006-01-02 05:42:06 PM
I was pretty fond of this one. For a cartoon in real-life photo it looked pretty good.

clicky-pop for full size :)

My best and only win...

FWIW People, I think you CAN submit other's work with Voting as long as YOU don't take credit for the entry.

At least that's hows Sees it.

BTW- My favorite is this little gem but sadly I've forgotten who did it (or even if it was from 2005)

My highest scoring entry with 97 votes. It was in the same contest that the one tasteme just posted, except mine came first.

Gear Jammer's entry from this thread: Photoshop these bathing monkeys.

Well then... gnome silliness...
2006-01-02 06:15:35 PM

The most stolen thread photoshop ever. I enjoyed it, but it lacked kittens.

One of my simplest entries, yet strangely effective. Still my highest-voted entry to date. The theme was "subtle anachronism."

i don't remember who did it or what the theme was but it deserves mention for technical merit. compare it to the original. sorry no pop.
2006-01-02 06:24:38 PM

Last one, I swear. This one's mine.

From this PS contest.

Theme: Photoshop classic paintings for modern times. Jan 11, 2005
I had the most fun with this one.

Thanks for noting my hanging frog vote-whoring, pshaw :)
Personally, I think this was my best work of 2005:
2006-01-02 06:29:57 PM
vorpal's "Shakespeare play in a different place and time" was so brilliant I had to join fark just to vote for it.

My faves from this year, neither of them won...
2006-01-02 06:33:09 PM
And this...
2006-01-02 06:40:19 PM
I think this one was done by Nick15, but I'm not actually certain if it was for a PS contest or just for shiats and giggles.
Regardless, a beautiful combination of two cliches:

This was the only 2nd place I've ever achieved. And I'm still damn proud. Someday, I will take the cup... Someday...

The biggest and baddest of the for big...and big it is...

It was an honour to be part of the clusterf**k.
Kudos and kisses to all involved.

I was pretty happy with this one too... It made my son laugh. He was sitting on my lap while I was doing it.

Okay... Enough of my own self promotion...

DrumCorpsAlum's entry from Oct. 2's bike race theme, remarking on a fellow 'shopper's modification of the "Finish" banner. Whenever things get stressful, I reclaim perspective by mentally applying this punchline to the scenario. (That, or Rik's taunting conscience when he thought he killed a hippie on "The Young Ones.")

Here are my favorite Photoshops that I have done over the last year although next to the work of some others here,...Elle, Brian O, and Kambodia to name a few I almost feel embarressed posting in this thread.

Cheers to everyone espically my PS'ing comrades and keep the images flowing over the next year.

I got my first(and only win)for this one

This is a PS I didnt necessarlly do for fark but it is one of the first I did and it is the PS that really spawned my intrest in this software so I included it.

Happy New Year everyone!!!
