Anyway, the girl was 15. 15-year old girls are legally insane, she felt guilty for her dog, ran off, and hoped that no one would recognize her/it would be as if nothing happened.

I don't know why the reporter even had to include the bit about the girl.

Granted, I would've stayed and tried unsucessfully (I'm a pussy) to upright the cart, asked if they needed anything (probably not, I'd offer to go for help, but she'd dial on her cell or we'd walk together to the nearest place w/ phone), and shiat, but that's because I'm a masochist and after seeing the cart turn over wouldn't feel right until someone biatchslapped me or at least tonguelashed me until the cops came and told me it wasn't my fault while giving me a dour look until I went home and hugged my stuffed animals.
