We're gonna be
A white minority
We won't listen to
The majority

We're gonna feel
Inferiority
We're gonna be a white minority and we're all gonna die.

They couldn't quite make it to the other side of the tracks..

Actually, if your house is close enough to the tracks that even a DERAILED train could hit it, you're probably still a redneck.

Proof that a train is faster than a tornado.

Wtf? I didn't see this on the news...I live in Cincinnati. Wait...that looks like my uncle's trailer...O_o

The article doesn't say how the trailer was "stuck" on the tracks, but vehicles do stall a lot on train tracks for some reason. Jayesell may be onto something about electromagnetic pulses disabling ignition systems.

On the other hand, you could just be Buster Keaton.

I was drunk they day they brung my brand new trailer.
An' they came to put it up in the rain.
but before they could get my trailer 'cross the railroad tracks.
It got runned over by a damned old train!

So I'll hang around as long as you will let me.
No, I never minded standin' in the rain.
And you don't have to call me darlin', darlin.
You never even called me by my name!

Could be that the driver was rather inexperienced and stalled the truck by not downshifting and braking properly to make the turn you see at left in the picture. Freaked out when the gates started coming down and bolted from the truck.

No use running, I know where your momma parks your house!

"My name is earl"

best show on tv and amazingly enough it hasn't been canceled yet

Hogans that is a famous clip, but was Buster actually there or did they have stunt doubles even back then?

Stunt doubles?

Stunt doublewides?

I am so surprised, yet another PITA thing that has never happened to me.

Isn't it great that you only live a few decades or so?

Buster Keaton did all his own stunts. Even cracked a vertebrae in his neck when he slipped of a train water tower thing and fell on a rail road track.
He was the silent flim era Jackie Chan

What's wrong with redneck/white trash references? Are they now considered a protected majority or something?

No, they just gained a lot of status when they got one of their own into the White House.

"You are just an ordinary man in a cape! That's why you couldn't fight injustice and THAT'S why you can't stop this train!"

"Who said anything about stopping it?"

/hogans wins the thread with his sweet, sweet Buster Keaton reference
