What? It's not difficult to get farked up on sleeping pills. Benzodiazepenes are hella addictive.

From what I've read, Diphenhydramine is also another interesting drug in this area. It's sold as an antihistamine as Benadryl, and as a sleep aid, under then name NyTol. What's interesting, though, is that given a high enough dosage, it ends up acting ... more like a hallucinogen.

something doesnt need to be a narcotic to be addictive. A co-worker of mine was severly dependent on Ambien and I was dependent on a painkiller called Tramadol for a year.

Easy to get hooked on sleeping stuff. I went through an entire long Seattle winter once taking Theraflu at night to sleep. It was harder than sht to quit that, so I can only imagine how tough it would be to get off of sleeping pills. Whoa, I says.
